It was good to see twenty people deep in line - old folks too! - using the eight voting machines set up at the Brookhollow Baptist Church. The registar said the lines have been full all day long!

WSMV, the local NBC affiliate was there doing a live report. Later on, we'll head over to do a little celebrating for our local Councilman Tim Lee; maybe Mrs. WonderDawg will catch a little councilmatic fever and jump in the political arena years down the road to fulfill her "If I Was a Queen for a Day..." rants. Plus I'm curious if she'll be able to gather enough political clout to erect a toll booth on the west side of Bellevue.

Curious to see how local bloggers Bob Krumm and write in candidate Rex Camino did as well in their respective races.
