The long tale of The Centurion



Reading about Dr. Funkenswines' recipe for the perfect steak not only made me hungry for a massive piece of steak, but reminded me of this story of The 100oz Steak Challenge.

The last massive steak I had of any quality was a 24 oz. Porterhouse at Morton's of Dallas. Prime rib (blackened) at Outback is not bad either.
