After hearing about President Gerald Ford passing away, here's an old 1996 episode of Saturday Night Live featuring Dana Carvey as Tom Brokaw, announcing the various ways Gerald Ford could die. Gerald Ford from reports was good humored about Chevy Chase's parodys of pratfalls, but hated the portrayal privately.
