It's a Wonderful WonderDawg Day

Everyday is a big day around the WonderDawg's house, but this day is always special!

The Mrs. and I have been married for 27 years today. People always tell me the second 25 years get even better! And I agree - I can't imagine being married to anyone else other than Becky.

She's loyal, trustworthy, creative, stable, a super mom, worthy of honor and is God's gift to me... She likes football, Bookworm, tolerates my gadgets and clutter (she's a neat freak), and was responsible for my faith in Christ and birthing our incredible children, Gary and Megan.

Even when I was chasing paper stock options being away from home for fourteen months (never again) and doing the Southwest Airlines commute from North Carolina, she was always my unwavering, steadfast source of encouragement.

I still chuckle about our wedding day outdoors in the country on a perfect fall day. We were to be married the week before but our friends (we were both in the music business) said that date was not good.

Why?

The Eagles were playing in Murfreesboro! I guess we yielded as we were there as well.

May I always be a promise keeper to Becky Woo.

Congratulations, Kerry and Becky. Great to read the tribute to Becky. Very encouraging. Blessings on the coming year. (We are coming up on 14 years in January, and I find each added year an exciting and fun accomplishment :-) )
