Eight of Ten guys surveyed will say...

Eight of ten guys surveyed will say... when they go to sleep at night, they will think about money, their jobs, being able to provide for their families, money woes, the rat race awaiting the next morning and other forms of money related stress.

The other two guys lie about it.

Me? I've been thinking (or internalizing) all these things all week that I'm ready to cave in from the weight on my shoulders. Time to fire up the resume writer and make a change.

I'm not to keen to see myself sitting on a rock next to Job; nor do I want that for any of my friends who are looking for work.

Ugh. I need to call a lifeline. Or have someone throw me a few.

You know you can always call me Kerry. Come down and go fishing with me for a few days or just hang out at the beach.

Believe me, I know right where you're coming from. ;-p

Well, not RIGHT where, but given our sitch, pretty close.

You'll be in my prayers.

Been there, done that, got the t-shirt, wore the t-shirt so much it became a dust rag.

Call me brother, I'll be there.

Thanks - I take great comfort in knowing that I'm not alone in this journey with the emails and prayers and good thoughts sent on my behalf - I would never wish unemployment on my worse enemy!

I don't know why things have got to be so hard for so many of us right now. I do know that they can only get better. Hang in there, buddy, and I will too.
