Day 38 of visiting 100 blogs in 100 days...
I read a lot of tech blogs; seems that guys dominate the domain of all things techie. The interactive ones have a certain amount of smugness and arrogance about them, sort of debating Chevy vs. Ford, Palm vs. PocketPC, Exploxer vs. Firefox... after a while, who cares?
Apparently at TechieDiva, the girls (Gina, Marsha, Darla and Isa) just wanna have fun. Girls that like electronics (with a eye for fashion) somehow justify that being a male, it's ok to spend hard earned money on the newest gadgets...Hey if girls like tech stuff, then the wife, being a female, should go along with the justification that with equal rights and empowerment of women, etc, etc, then we as male homer sapians need (want, desire, lust) ought to encourage our spouses to get on the bandwagon and get the newest electronic thing.
After all, if the TechieDivas mention that any particular gadget has bling bling value, is adorable, comes encrusted with whatever, and provides inspiration, blissfulness and euphoria... then hey, as a male homer sapian it's ok to buy an iPod after all!
(A piece of advice - just make sure the necessities of life are covered first...)
Can you imagine going in to Best Buy or Circuit City and buying gadgets from Techie Divas? These gals know their stuff! Check the blog out - TechieDiva
